Luxford-James has been transforming my flat from dull and messy to a lovely, bright, space saving home. Everything has been done to perfection and we were happy to leave him alone when we went away on holiday knowing we would return to a fantastic new bathroom and our home safe, clean and tidy.

I have used Property Perfection on two occasions, once for a complete bathroom refurb and the other for lounge, dining room, hall, landing and stairs redecoration. On both occasions an excellent job, with great attention to detail. Everything left clean and tidy at the end of each working day.
